Merchandise is accepted for exchange or store credit if returned in salable condition within 14 days of the ship date, accompanied by the original receipt. We also do free shipping and free returns! We think you'll be happy with your purchase, but if you aren't, no pressure!
Making a Return and/or Exchange must be made within the guidelines of our Return Policy. We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at feistysocietyclothing.com. Please contact us at email@example.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange and your order number, and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
We will assume the cost of your return shipping; we will also cover the costs for shipping any exchanged items back to you. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to mailing any items for exchange or return.
Please allow 10 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange. We only accept returns within 7 days of the order receipt.
Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt.
Specify the exchange item and the new color / size or and style on the return/exchange email to email@example.com. Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item free of shipping charges.
If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by Feisty Society, or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you.
